We are so proud of Muyeng, Bossier High 9th grader, who achieved 1st place in the District Oratorical Contest, receiving a plaque and a $2,500 scholarship. She is now poised to compete at the Optimist International Regional level contest in St. Louis, where she will compete for an additional scholarship of $5,000 to $15,000. Success at the regional level could propel her to the World Championship.
